Due to the nature of our products being personalized with your name or business, we DON'T do refunds. We can't resell them so it's a lost on our end. We will try to work something out if this problem was caused by us.
If an item is damage you have 48 business hours to let us know. We have delivery dates, so we know on this end how long your had the product.
Our processing time ranges from 4 - 7 business days which do not include holidays or weekends. The day you order does not count, because we don't pull receipts until late night. Sometimes we're all caught up and you might receive your order quicker, so bare with us because your personalized order is unique and personalized.
